Tampa, Florida-based Pantograms’ DTG Viper direct to garment printer contains a conveyor pallet system that easily allows the change of platens for different image size applications. There are three platen size configurations available on the DTG Viper. The full board platen measures 16.5 inches by 29 inches for large-scale designs. The two-up platen prints two garments at a time with an image area of 13 inches by 16.5 inches and the four-up platen prints four garments with designs up to 7.5 inches by 13 inches in size.
The versatility of the DTG Viper’s platen system not only gives different image size applications but also ease in loading and unloading garments. Simply position the garment onto the platen’s designated print area then tuck the non-print section underneath. Load the garment assembled platen to the conveyor belt on the DTG Viper. The conveyor pallet mechanism automatically registers the print heads to the exact desire print location on the garments.
